Retired gentleman who has had some sort of camera since his parents gave him a Kodak Brownie. On the urging of my high school art teacher, I enrolled in the photographic program at the Derby College of Art, Derby, UK. Worked in a number of photographic enterprises in the subsequent years.
The work presented here is largely digital. Many of my negatives were destroyed in a fire.
At college, I was introduced to Bill Brandt's black and white nudes by a lecturer. A number of the studies here reflect the time spent in the Arctic with more recent work in the south.
As I work on this site, other work will be included. People may have their clothes on in such images.
